ARAI ne Pune aur Karnataka mein naye EV testing labs khol diye hain. Ministry of Heavy Industries se mile **₹76 Crore** ke grant se ab battery safety aur powertrain validation hoga super easy.
EV Industry ke liye game-changer update
Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) ne apni 60th anniversary par ek bada kadam uthaya hai. Ministry of Heavy Industries ne ₹76 Crore ka grant diya hai, jisse ab India ke domestic players ko apni EVs ko test karne ke liye foreign centers par depend nahi hona padega.
Kya naya facility mila hai?
- Battery Safety Testing: Ab thermal propagation, fire exposure, aur vibration testing local level par hogi, jo ki safety standards ke liye compulsory hai.
- E-Axle Validation: 440 kW ka naya facility setup hua hai, jisse passenger aur commercial dono vehicles ka propulsion system test ho sakega.
Startup aur manufacturers ke liye fayda
Is infrastructure ke aane se startups ke liye entry cost kam ho jayegi aur launch timelines improve hongi. ARAI ka aim simple hai—India ko sirf consumer market se hata kar ek tech-creator banana.
Aage ka plan
ARAI ab Pune ke bahar bhi expand kar raha hai. Mandya, Karnataka mein construction equipment testing site ban rahi hai. Saath hi, wireless charging aur AI-integrated vehicle systems par bhi kaam shuru ho chuka hai. Ye sab Bharat Mobility 2027 event mein spotlight mein rahengi.
