Bosch Ltd. ne apne investors ke liye Q4 FY26 ke baad ₹270 per equity share ka final dividend announce kiya hai. Yeh company ke acche financial results ko dikhata hai.

Lekin yahan ek twist hai! Pichle saal company ne ₹512 per share ka dividend diya tha, toh is baar yeh lagbhag 50% kam hai.

Company ki financial performance

Q4 FY26 mein Bosch ka consolidated net profit 2.7% badhkar ₹569 crore ho gaya, jo pichle saal isi period mein ₹554 crore tha. Revenue mein toh zabardast 13.3% ka jump aaya hai, jo ₹5,566 crore tak pahunch gaya, pichle saal ₹4,911 crore tha.

EBITDA bhi 21% badhkar ₹782 crore raha, aur profit margins 13.2% se sudhar kar 14% ho gaye.

Naye projects aur approvals

Financial results ke alawa, Bosch ke board ne Wheels India ke saath ek joint venture (JV) approve kiya hai, jismein Bosch 50% stake rakhega. Board ne apni subsidiary Robert Bosch India ko strike-off karne ki bhi anumati de di hai.

Stock performance

Wednesday ko, Bosch ka stock National Stock Exchange (NSE) par 1.12% gir kar ₹36,715 par band hua. Jabki Nifty mein 0.17% ka slight gain tha. Saal-dar-saal (Year-to-date) Bosch ke share price mein 1.87% ka izafa hua hai, aur pichle 12 mahino mein 16.50% badha hai.
