India Ka Khana Khatre Mein! Climate Change Se Food Security Par Bada Sankat - Study Ne Kholi Pol
Overview

Bro, IIED ki latest study ne alert kiya hai ki India ki food security, yaani apna khana peena, climate change ki wajah se badi mushkil mein padne wali hai. Poori duniya ke liye ye warning sign hai!

Climate Ka Dhamaka, Khane Par Asar?

Dekho, International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) ne ek zabardast report nikali hai jo batati hai ki badhti garmi ki wajah se India ki food security, yaani humara khana peena, kafi risk mein hai. Global temperatures badh rahi hain aur iska seedha asar humari plate par pad sakta hai.

Food Security Ka Gap

Report ke hisaab se, India ka current food security score 5.31 hai, jo global average 6.74 se kaafi neeche hai. Aur agar duniya ka temperature 2°C aur badha, toh yeh score gir kar 4.52 tak ja sakta hai! Ye gap, matlab ameer aur gareeb deshon ke beech khane ko lekar paida hone wala fark, aur badhega. South Asia aur Sub-Saharan Africa jaisi jagahon par sabse zyada dikkat ho sakti hai.

Global Supply Chain Ki Kamzori

Mazeedar baat ye hai ki sirf India hi nahi, poori duniya ke food supply chains is climate change se kamzor ho rahe hain. Ye supply chains itni interconnected hain ki agar ek jagah mausam ne gadbad ki, toh doosri jagah bhi mehengai badh sakti hai. Yahan tak ki G7 countries, jo kaafi rich hain, woh bhi isse bach nahi paayenge. America jaise deshon mein bhi food security score girne ka andesha hai. Sirf paisa kama lena hi kaafi nahi hai, resilience bhi chahiye.

Systemic Weaknesses Aur Aage Ka Plan

Asal mein, global food supply chains mein pehle se hi kuch weaknesses hain, aur climate change unhe aur badha raha hai. Khaas kar jo desh aur region already conflict ya garibi se jujh rahe hain, unke liye situation aur bhi serious ho sakti hai. Lekin achhi khabar ye hai ki agar hum abhi action lein toh catastrophic declines ko rok sakte hain. IIED ki director Ritu Bharadwaj kehti hain ki humein food systems ko aur resilient banana hoga, alag-alag tarah ki kheti karni hogi aur climate-smart technologies mein invest karna hoga. International cooperation aur sahi funding se hum sab milkar is challenge ka saamna kar sakte hain.
