Margin Expansion aur Profitability
Company ne sequential EBITDA mein 11.3% aur year-on-year basis par 40% ka substantial jump report kiya. EBIT margins 100 basis points badhkar 13.1% ho gaye. Exceptional expense ki wajah se sequential profit mein 6% ki kami ke bawajood, revenue quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) 2.8% badha.

CEO aur Managing Director Mohit Joshi ne strong confidence dikhaya, kaha ki pichhle 12 mahine (LTM) mein deal wins pichhle 5 saalon mein sabse zyada hain. Joshi ne kaha, "Yeh momentum sales mein hamare sustained investments, solution-oriented go-to-market approach aur hamare AI-led offerings ki badhti relevance ka saboot hai." New deal wins $1.1 billion tak pahunch gaye, jo ki 47% YoY aur 34.3% sequential increase hai.
Financial Discipline aur Future Outlook
Chief Financial Officer Rohit Anand ne margin expansion ke nauve consecutive quarter aur cash generation mein continued strength highlight ki. Unhone disciplined working capital management ke karan improved cash flows aur Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) mein reduction par focus kiya. Company FY27 financial goals ko meet karne ke liye track par hai.

Sectoral aur Geographic Performance
Retail, logistics aur transport verticals ne sabse strong sequential growth (4%) dikhaya. Jabki technology, media aur entertainment, aur healthcare mein quarterly growth hui, par YoY decline dekha gaya. BFSI mein 6.2% sequential decline raha. Geographicly, Europe mein 11.2% ka increase hua, jo automotive aur aerospace se driven tha, jabki Americas mein 2.1% annual growth hui. High-tech portfolio mein annual decline dekha gaya par engineering services se positive internal momentum dikha.
Workforce Adjustments
Company ka IT headcount 76,194 raha, jo YoY 4,671 employees kam hai. LTM attrition rate pichhle quarter ke 12.8% se kam hokar 12.3% ho gaya. Joshi ne headcount reduction ko efficiency-driven bataya, na ki "plunge", aur kaha ki demand environment ke karan fresh hiring kam thi.
