Company ka IT headcount 76,194 raha, jo YoY 4,671 employees kam hai. LTM attrition rate pichhle quarter ke 12.8% se kam hokar 12.3% ho gaya. Joshi ne headcount reduction ko efficiency-driven bataya, na ki "plunge", aur kaha ki demand environment ke karan fresh hiring kam thi.
