एडटेक कंपनी फिजिक्सवाला (PhysicsWallah) का बहुप्रतीक्षित इनिशियल पब्लिक ऑफरिंग (IPO) 11 नवंबर और 13 नवंबर के बीच सार्वजनिक सब्सक्रिप्शन के लिए खुलेगा। कंपनी इस बुक बिल्ड इश्यू के माध्यम से ₹3,480 करोड़ जुटाने की योजना बना रही है। इसमें ₹3,100.00 करोड़ नए शेयरों के इश्यू से और ₹380.00 करोड़ ऑफर फॉर सेल (Offer for Sale) से शामिल हैं। IPO से उत्पन्न धनराशि का उपयोग कंपनी की ऑफलाइन और हाइब्रिड लर्निंग सेंटर्स के विस्तार के लिए पूंजीगत व्यय (Capital Expenditures) के लिए किया जाएगा। सह-संस्थापक अलख पांडे और प्रतीक बूब, वेंचर कैपिटल निवेशक वेस्टब्रिज कैपिटल (WestBridge Capital) और हॉर्नबिल कैपिटल (Hornbill Capital) के साथ, कंपनी में महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सेदारी रखते हैं। कोटक महिंद्रा कैपिटल (Kotak Mahindra Capital) इस IPO के लिए लीड मैनेजर के रूप में कार्य कर रहा है। एंकर बुक (Anchor Book) संस्थागत निवेशकों के लिए 10 नवंबर को खुलेगी, और स्टॉक के लगभग 18 नवंबर को एक्सचेंजों पर लिस्ट होने की उम्मीद है।
