इंडियन मेटल्स एंड फेरो अलॉयज लिमिटेड (IMFA) ने मंगलवार, 4 नवंबर को घोषणा की कि उसके निदेशक मंडल ने कलिंगानगर, ओडिशा में स्थित टाटा स्टील के फेरो अलॉयज प्लांट के अधिग्रहण को मंजूरी दे दी है। अधिग्रहण का मूल्य ₹610 करोड़ निर्धारित किया गया है, जिसमें जीएसटी और नेट वर्किंग कैपिटल के लिए अतिरिक्त लागतें शामिल हैं। यह लेनदेन अगले तीन से छह महीनों के भीतर पूरा होने का अनुमान है।
