Global private equity firm KKR ने Lighthouse Learning में एक महत्वपूर्ण follow-on investment किया है, जो EuroKids और EuroSchool जैसे popular Indian education brands operate करती है। Canadian pension fund PSP Investments भी एक नए investor के तौर पर जुड़ रहा है। KKR अपनी majority stake maintain करेगी। Naya capital Lighthouse Learning के K-12 और preschool network को expand करने में मदद करेगा। Company ने FY25 mein 34% की strong revenue growth Rs 881 crore तक report की है, halanki net profit mein tezi se kami aayi hai.
