એડટેક કંપની PhysicsWallah ની અત્યંત અપેક્ષિત ઇનિશિયલ પબ્લિક ઓફરિંગ (IPO) 11 નવેમ્બર અને 13 નવેમ્બરની વચ્ચે જાહેર જનતા માટે સબસ્ક્રિપ્શન હેતુ ખુલશે. કંપની આ બુક બિલ્ડ ઇશ્યૂ દ્વારા ₹3,480 કરોડ એકત્ર કરવાની યોજના ધરાવે છે. આમાં ₹3,100.00 કરોડ નવા શેરના ઇશ્યૂમાંથી અને ₹380.00 કરોડ ઓફર ફોર સેલ (Offer for Sale) માંથી આવશે. IPO થી પ્રાપ્ત થયેલ ભંડોળનો ઉપયોગ કંપનીની ઓફલાઇન અને હાઇબ્રિડ લર્નિંગ સેન્ટર્સનો વિસ્તાર કરવા માટે મૂડી ખર્ચ (Capital Expenditures) તરીકે કરવામાં આવશે. સહ-સ્થાપકો અલખ પાંડે અને પ્રતીક બૂબ, વેન્ચર કેપિટલ રોકાણકારો WestBridge Capital અને Hornbill Capital સાથે, કંપનીમાં નોંધપાત્ર હિસ્સો ધરાવે છે. Kotak Mahindra Capital આ IPO માટે બુક-રનિંગ લીડ મેનેજર તરીકે સેવા આપી રહ્યું છે. એન્કર બુક (Anchor Book) સંસ્થાકીય રોકાણકારો માટે 10 નવેમ્બરના રોજ ખુલશે, અને શેર લગભગ 18 નવેમ્બરની આસપાસ એક્સચેન્જો પર લિસ્ટ થવાની અપેક્ષા છે.
