હોમ ફર્સ્ટ ફાઇનાન્સ કંપની ઇન્ડિયા લિમિટેડે FY26 ના બીજા ત્રિમાસિક ગાળા માટે મજબૂત નાણાકીય પરિણામો જાહેર કર્યા છે. ચોખ્ખો નફો (Net Profit) 43% YoY વધીને ₹132 કરોડ થયો, જ્યારે ચોખ્ખી વ્યાજ આવક (NII) 31.9% વધીને ₹206.5 કરોડ થઈ. કુલ આવક 28% YoY વધીને ₹479 કરોડ થઈ. કંપનીની મેનેજમેન્ટ હેઠળની સંપત્તિઓ (AUM) માં 26.3% નો નોંધપાત્ર વધારો થયો, જે ₹14,178 કરોડ થઈ, અને ત્રિમાસિક વિતરણો (Disbursements) 9.6% વધીને ₹1,289 કરોડ થયા. AUM માં 83% હાઉસિંગ લોનનો સમાવેશ થાય છે, અને તેના લગભગ 60% ગ્રાહકો આર્થિક રીતે નબળા અને ઓછી આવક ધરાવતા જૂથોમાંથી આવે છે. સંપત્તિની ગુણવત્તા (Asset Quality) સ્થિર રહી, કુલ નિષ્ક્રિય અસ્કયામતો (GNPA) 1.9% રહી. કંપનીએ 48.4% (CRAR) ની મજબૂત મૂડી પર્યાપ્તતા અને ₹4,280 કરોડનું તંદુરસ્ત લિક્વિડિટી બફર જાળવી રાખ્યું. ધિરાણ ખર્ચ (Borrowings Cost) 8.1% સુધી ઘટ્યો. MD અને CEO મનોજ વિશ્વનાથને મેક્રો પડકારો છતાં શિસ્તબદ્ધ વૃદ્ધિ અને કાર્યક્ષમ જવાબદારી વ્યવસ્થાપન (Liability Management) પર ભાર મૂક્યો, અને 16.7% ના પ્રી-મની એડજસ્ટેડ ROE નોંધ્યું.
