Documentary Levels Allegations Against Late Senator Lindsey Graham

A new documentary titled 'The CLOSETocracy' has featured testimonies from three individuals making allegations regarding the personal conduct of the late U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. The film claims these individuals had past sexual encounters with the politician, who passed away in July at 71. The release has drawn public attention due to the contrast between the allegations and the late senator's public political stance.

The documentary 'The CLOSETocracy,' released recently, has brought forth significant allegations regarding the personal life of the late U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham. Produced by The Young Turks, the film centers on accounts from three individuals who allege they were involved in sexual encounters with the South Carolina Republican. These claims include assertions of paid services and involvement with a minor at the time of the alleged incident.

One of the individuals, identified in the film as Kelvin, claims a sexual encounter occurred in 2001 when he was 17 years old. He alleges this meeting took place at an Arizona ranch owned by the late Senator John McCain. Another individual, referred to as Cory, alleges that he was driven to a hotel in Washington, D.C., to meet the senator, only later identifying the client through television appearances.

The documentary highlights the apparent contradiction between these alleged private activities and the late senator's legislative history, particularly his vocal opposition to LGBTQ+ rights during his time in office.

Lindsey Graham was a prominent figure in the American political landscape and a key ally of former President Donald Trump. In his later years, he was known for his active role in foreign policy. This included advocating for economic sanctions against countries like India and China, often criticizing their energy transactions with Russia following the 2022 invasion of Ukraine.

Graham passed away this July at the age of 71. These public allegations, emerging after his death, represent the most notable claims made regarding his personal character to date. As these are accusations presented within a documentary, they remain unproven claims that have sparked discussion given his high-profile career.
