IndiGo and Accor Launch Integrated Loyalty Partnership

InterGlobe Aviation's IndiGo has launched a loyalty partnership with hotel operator Accor, allowing members to earn and redeem points across both flights and hotel stays. This move aims to capture a larger share of the growing Indian travel market by offering an integrated rewards ecosystem. The collaboration links IndiGo’s BluChip program with Accor’s ALL Accor Live Limitless, following a strategic delay since the initial announcement in early 2025.

InterGlobe Enterprises, the parent company of India's largest airline, IndiGo, has officially rolled out a cross-sector loyalty partnership with international hospitality chain Accor. This collaboration integrates IndiGo’s loyalty platform, BluChip Rewards, with Accor’s global loyalty program, ALL Accor Live Limitless. By connecting these two services, the companies enable travelers to earn and redeem reward points across both flight bookings and hotel stays at properties ranging from luxury brands like Raffles to mid-market options such as Novotel and ibis.

Strategic Expansion in the Indian Travel Market

The initiative is designed to address a perceived gap in the Indian market for cohesive, end-to-end travel rewards. As both companies continue to expand their physical footprint within India, the partnership serves as a strategy to increase customer retention and encourage frequent use of their combined services. Rahul Bhatia, Managing Director of InterGlobe Enterprises, described the integration as a move toward a more unified travel ecosystem, noting that modern travelers are increasingly looking for seamless transitions between air travel and accommodation. While the program was originally envisioned for an earlier release, the companies have now finalized the technical integration required for the two-way rewards system.

Digital Transformation and Customer Engagement

The partnership relies heavily on digital infrastructure to track points and rewards across different platforms. Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo, emphasized that the alliance focuses on simplifying the reward process to deepen customer engagement.
