Reliance Industries Backs India's Probe into Alleged Chinese Polyester Yarn Dumping

India's Directorate General of Trade Remedies has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into polyester textured yarn allegedly being dumped by Chinese companies. Reliance Industries and Wellknown Polyester filed complaints, claiming cheap imports are causing material injury to the domestic industry. If dumping and injury are proven, anti-dumping duties may be imposed by the Finance Ministry.
