Nitin Spinners Shares Hit Record High Of ₹618; Up 104% In 2026

Nitin Spinners stock has touched a record high of ₹617.55, marking a 104% rally since its January low. The textile manufacturer’s strong Q1FY27 performance, highlighted by an 83% profit jump, has fueled this momentum. Investors are now tracking the progress of its ₹1,350 crore expansion projects and the upcoming dividend payout.

Shares of Nitin Spinners reached a record high of ₹617.55 on August 19, 2026, marking a significant turnaround for the textile manufacturer. The stock has surged approximately 104% from its low of ₹302.20 recorded in January 2026. This performance stands out against broader market trends, reflecting strong investor confidence in the company’s recent operational and financial results.

The company’s latest quarterly performance for the April-June period (Q1FY27) showed a robust recovery. Revenue from operations stood at ₹875.03 crore, representing a 10.3% increase compared to the same period last year. More notably, the company reported a net profit of ₹75.27 crore, an 83.6% jump year-on-year. This increase in profit was supported by an improvement in operating margins, which expanded to 17.78% from 14.02% in the previous year, helped by better yarn realizations and steady demand.

Operational efficiency has been a key theme for the company. Recent filings indicate that capacity utilization remains high, with spinning units operating at nearly 98% and fabric units at approximately 92%. The company supplies products to well-known brands such as Raymond, Arvind, Zara, and H&M, which provides a level of revenue stability. This consistent demand has allowed the management to focus on its ongoing growth strategy.

While the financial performance is strong, the company is currently in the middle of a major expansion program. It is executing projects worth ₹1,350 crore aimed at growing its textile and renewable energy divisions. For shareholders, this large spending on expansion brings specific risks to monitor. Large investments can put pressure on cash flow and debt levels, especially during the initial phase of ramping up new production lines. The success of these projects depends on stable demand, which can be sensitive to fluctuations in global cotton prices and export market conditions.

The outlook for the medium term remains tied to how well the company manages these costs and maintains its profit margins. Industry experts often watch for signs of demand volatility, as the textile sector is sensitive to changes in raw material costs and global trade agreements. As the company builds its new capacity, investors will be looking for sustained profitability rather than one-time gains.

Looking ahead, the company has scheduled its 34th Annual General Meeting for September 21, 2026. Shareholders are set to vote on a proposed final dividend of ₹3 per share for the financial year 2026. Moving forward, the key things to track will be the progress of the ₹1,350 crore expansion, the ability to maintain profit margins despite potential cotton price volatility, and the overall demand trend in both domestic and international markets.
