One of the most significant challenges Enqi faced involved the store's inventory. After a technical upgrade to the point-of-sale system, the store struggled to categorize its 8,000 individual items. Traditionally, organizing such a large stock manually would have required nearly a full week of labor. By using ChatGPT, Enqi was able to complete the entire inventory reorganization in just two days.
