He noted that the transition from current digital standards to advanced deep tech is happening much faster than historical shifts. Citing expert projections, he suggested that the nature of 75% of job roles could evolve within the next three years due to AI integration. This shift represents a transformation in the skills required for the workforce rather than an immediate loss of employment opportunities. The state government is also exploring the integration of these technologies in practical applications, such as the 'Mahavistar' app, which uses AI to provide agricultural information to farmers in local languages.

For investors and the broader market, this focus on technical education is part of a larger push by the Maharashtra government to build a skilled workforce capable of supporting high-tech manufacturing and software development.
