Latent View Targets $200M Revenue as New CEO Drives AI Push

Latent View Analytics is targeting $200 million in revenue by leveraging AI and acquisitions. The company reported a 21.6% revenue growth in Q1 FY27, though rising operational costs and client insourcing led to a 6.9% dip in quarterly profits.

Latent View Analytics is set on an ambitious path to reach $200 million in revenue, a strategy that coincides with a leadership transition. Sonal Ramrakhiani, who assumed the role of CEO on August 1, 2026, is now spearheading the company's efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and pursue strategic acquisitions to drive the next phase of expansion.

While the top-line growth remains a priority, the company's recent Q1 FY27 earnings highlight the challenge of balancing expansion with profitability. Latent View reported a 21.6% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹286.9 crore. However, net profit for the same period declined by 6.9% to ₹47.1 crore, as the company faced rising operational costs.

Margin management has become a key point of focus for investors. The company’s adjusted EBITDA margin for the June quarter was 20.4%, a decrease from 24.1% in the previous quarter. This margin compression is attributed to several factors, including annual wage hikes, higher visa-related expenses, and the completion of certain projects. The company aims to stabilize and maintain EBITDA margins within the 20-21% range for the full fiscal year, despite the ongoing investments required for its AI-led growth strategy.

An external factor currently affecting the business is a shift in client spending. Latent View anticipates a revenue impact of approximately $6.5 million to $7 million in FY27 due to client-specific insourcing and vendor consolidation in its technology vertical. To offset this gap, the company is doubling down on sectors like financial services and retail. The financial services segment, which contributed significantly to new client wins in the June quarter, is expected to be a primary growth engine.

The leadership change and the push for $200 million in revenue come at a time when the stock has seen some volatility, trading around ₹297 as of August 7, 2026. For shareholders, the core monitorable will be how effectively the new management team can offset the revenue leakage from the technology client while keeping operational costs in check. Investors will likely track the company's ability to convert its AI capabilities into sustained, higher-margin revenue as it navigates a competitive environment.
