Hexaware Partners With Anthropic to Scale AI Services; Shares at ₹512

Hexaware Technologies has become a Preferred Partner for AI developer Anthropic, aiming to embed Claude AI into its Zerovity and AgentVerse software platforms. With over 1,100 certified employees, the IT firm looks to boost its AI delivery capabilities. This move follows a strong Q2CY26 performance where the company reported a 17.9% year-over-year revenue growth to ₹3,845.2 crore.

Hexaware Technologies has signed a multi-year partnership with AI firm Anthropic, elevating its status to a Preferred Partner within the Claude Partner Network. This collaboration represents a significant expansion of their existing relationship, where Hexaware previously acted as an authorized reseller for Amazon Bedrock. Under the new agreement, Hexaware will directly integrate Anthropic’s Claude AI models into its proprietary software engineering platforms, Zerovity and AgentVerse.

Zerovity is the company’s AI-native engineering environment, while AgentVerse is designed for managing automation through more than 600 pre-built agents. By bringing Claude into these tools, Hexaware aims to improve its ability to help enterprise clients reduce technical debt, address security vulnerabilities, and streamline software development processes. To ensure it has the manpower to deliver these services, the company has already trained and certified over 1,100 of its employees on Claude.

For investors, this shift toward deeper AI integration is a move to capture higher-value contracts in the competitive IT services market. Hexaware’s financial health is an important context for this strategy, as the company recently reported a 17.9% year-over-year revenue increase to ₹3,845.2 crore in the second quarter of the 2026 calendar year. The company maintained an EBIT margin of 13.6% during this period. The ability to successfully monetize these AI investments will be a key factor for the company to sustain this growth.

Despite the push into AI, investors should remain aware of inherent sector risks. The IT services space is highly competitive, and Hexaware faces pressures from both global peers and rapid technological shifts. One specific area for shareholders to monitor is client concentration, as the top 10 customers accounted for 35.7% of the company's revenue in the latest quarter. Heavy reliance on a small group of clients means that any slowdown in spending from these key accounts could directly impact performance. Furthermore, fixed-price contracts for large AI deployments carry execution risks, such as potential cost overruns or delays if the technology does not meet client expectations as planned.

Moving forward, the primary monitorable for the company will be its ability to convert these technological partnerships into tangible, large-scale client wins. Investors will track whether the new AI-driven service models can help maintain margins above the current levels and effectively diversify the client base to reduce concentration risks. The company's stock was trading at approximately ₹512.30 as of October 8, 2026.
