1Point1 Solutions Q2 Profit Jumps 87%, Wins Major Global Deals

1Point1 Solutions reported a 147% revenue surge to ₹174.96 crore for Q2 FY27, alongside fresh contract wins in Costa Rica and India. Investors will be weighing this rapid growth against a 475 basis point dip in operating margins and an increase in short-term borrowings.

1Point1 Solutions reported strong financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2027, with consolidated revenue rising 147% year-on-year to ₹174.96 crore. Net profit for the period ending September 30, 2026, increased by 87% to ₹18.41 crore. This growth has been supported by the integration of the Netcom business, which has expanded the company’s overall operations and client base.

The company has also secured new business, strengthening its order book. A key development is a four-year, $10.8 million contract with a training institute based in Costa Rica, which is expected to contribute $2.7 million in annual revenue. In the domestic market, the firm won a ₹39.32 crore mandate from a power utility to set up a Customer Experience Centre of Excellence. Other notable wins include multi-year deals with a global securities depository and VRL Logistics, aimed at diversifying the client portfolio.

Technological investment remains a core part of the company's strategy. Its subsidiary, One Point One Technology Labs, reported that its 'ResolX' AI platform has been deployed 14 times across seven clients. The company has also seen early adoption of its 'Omvia' platform, which supports seven Indian languages for life insurance providers, and the quick approval of its 'NETS' automated customer experience tool.

While revenue has grown significantly, the company’s operating margins (EBITDA margins) contracted by 475 basis points to 25.9%. This dip reflects the costs associated with integrating the newly acquired Netcom business and scaling operations. For investors, monitoring how the company manages these integration costs while maintaining profitability will be an important indicator of future performance.

There are also financial monitorables for investors to keep in mind. Recent filings show an increase in short-term borrowings to ₹72.63 crore, up from ₹18.50 crore earlier in the year. Additionally, the amount of money owed to the company by clients, known as trade receivables, has risen to ₹181.81 crore from ₹97.29 crore. A rise in receivables can sometimes impact the company's cash flow, and investors may want to track how quickly the company collects these payments in the coming quarters. Managing cash reserves, which have declined to ₹30.78 crore, alongside these rising receivables will be key to maintaining financial flexibility as the company continues its expansion.
