These guidelines establish a governance framework aimed at fostering innovation while mitigating AI-related risks.

The framework is guided by seven principles, called "Sutras," including trust as a foundation, human-centric design with oversight, prioritizing responsible innovation, ensuring inclusive development, clear accountability, understandable disclosures, and building safe, secure, and sustainable systems.
