Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a significant joint venture with private equity firm TPG Terabyte Bidco Pte. Ltd. to establish AI and Sovereign Data Centers in India. The partnership involves an investment of approximately Rs 18,000 crores in equity for a new entity, HyperVault AI Data Centre Ltd, aimed at accelerating TCS's ambition to become a world leader in AI-led technology services.
