Q4FY26 Financial Surge

Sasken Technologies Limited reported a significant jump in its fourth-quarter results for FY26. Consolidated revenue from operations surged by 125.7% year-over-year to ₹334.02 crore, up from ₹148.01 crore in the prior-year period. Net profit after tax saw an even more dramatic increase of 152.1%, reaching ₹29 crore compared to ₹11.51 crore in Q4FY25. Earnings per share for the quarter rose to ₹17.79 from ₹7.29.

Full-Year FY26 Performance

The company's annual performance for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, also demonstrated strong growth. Consolidated revenue from operations more than doubled, increasing by 102.1% to ₹1,113.17 crore from ₹550.91 crore in FY25. Profit after tax for the full year was ₹58.65 crore, a 16.1% rise from ₹50.51 crore in the previous fiscal. Earnings per share for FY26 stood at ₹35.61, an increase from ₹33.30 in FY25.

Dividend Distribution

In recognition of the company's performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹13 per equity share. Combined with the interim dividend of ₹12 per share declared earlier in November 2025, this brings the cumulative dividend for FY26 to ₹25 per equity share. This payout is expected to reward shareholders.

Order Book Expansion and New Deals

Sasken Technologies secured a total order book of USD 35.4 million during Q4FY26, with USD 21.6 million attributed to new business wins. The company also expanded its client base by adding six new logos in the quarter. Strategic global deals were notably signed, including a multi-year vehicle communication solutions project for European and Middle Eastern markets, and semiconductor design engagements for next-generation AI System-on-Chips.

AI Integration Accelerates

Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly central role in Sasken's operations and client delivery. The company reported that approximately 77% of its current client engagements actively incorporate AI capabilities, highlighting a strategic shift towards AI-driven solutions across various sectors.

Strategic Acquisitions Bolster Capabilities

Further strengthening its market position, Sasken Technologies has enhanced its capabilities through the acquisition of Borqs Technologies. This move expands the company's footprint in areas such as IoT software, Android-based devices, 5G solutions, and semiconductor engineering services, positioning it for future growth in emerging technology domains.
