Nectar Social Launches AI Marketing OS
Nectar Social has officially launched its AI marketing operating system after announcing a $30 million Series A funding round. Menlo Ventures, through its Anthology Fund, led the investment. The company offers an AI operating system for marketers that uses autonomous AI agents. These agents manage social activity, creator workflows, competitive analysis, and commerce conversations from start to finish.
Data Access Through Key Partnerships
Nectar's platform stands out with data partnerships with Meta and Reddit. These partnerships let Nectar's AI agents pull data from various social channels into one place. This integration aims to stop brands from juggling multiple tools for managing their social presence.
Founders' Vision and Expansion Plans
Nectar Social was founded by former Meta employees Misbah and Farah Uraizee. CEO Misbah Uraizee said the new capital will fund hiring in applied AI, engineering, and go-to-market teams. "The buying conversation has moved into social, and no human team can staff every place it happens," Uraizee stated, emphasizing the need for scalable solutions.
Notable Clients and Investors
Nectar Social already works with clients like Liquid Death, Figma, and e.l.f Beauty. The funding round also included investments from Gwyneth Paltrow’s Kinship Ventures, GV, and True Ventures, showing confidence in the company's approach to marketing technology.
