Naukri CBO Pawan Goyal Resigns From Info Edge

Pawan Goyal, Chief Business Officer for Naukri.com at Info Edge (India) Ltd, will resign, with his last day being May 31, 2026. Goyal has been with Info Edge for over seven years. He will also step down from all board committee memberships.

Segment Growth and Profitability Under Goyal

During his tenure, Goyal led the recruitment solutions segment to achieve a 16.8% compound annual growth rate (CAGR). Operating profit before tax (PBT) margins for the segment rose from 53% to about 57%.

Recruitment Segment Financials

The Recruitment Solutions segment, anchored by Naukri.com, is the company's main revenue generator. In Q3 FY26, recruitment billings totaled ₹548 crore, up from ₹494 crore in the same period last year. The segment's revenue from operations was approximately ₹575 crore.

Info Edge Reports Strong Q3 Results

Info Edge posted overall standalone billings of ₹747 crore for Q3 FY26, a 12% increase year-over-year. Its standalone revenue from operations was ₹765 crore. The company, which also operates 99acres and Jeevansathi, has not yet named a replacement for Goyal.
