MoEngage, a platform for consumer brand engagement, has successfully closed a $100 million funding round. The investment was co-led by existing investor Goldman Sachs Alternatives and new investor A91 Partners. This latest capital infusion brings MoEngage's total funding to over $250 million.
The funds will be used to accelerate MoEngage's rapid global expansion, enhance its Customer Engagement Platform, and further develop its Merlin AI suite, which uses AI agents to help marketing and product teams launch campaigns and increase conversions. The company is also expanding its go-to-market and customer success teams in North America and EMEA.
MoEngage reports significant global momentum and category leadership in Asia, with North America now contributing the largest share of its revenue. Over 300 enterprises globally use MoEngage, citing its ease of use and AI-driven agility.
Goldman Sachs Alternatives highlighted MoEngage's position as a category-leading technology platform leveraging AI, expressing confidence in helping the company expand into new markets. A91 Partners cited their long-standing positive view of the MoEngage team's innovation.
