On November 10, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE-ODI sold 67,702 equity shares, representing 0.1 percent of Kaynes Technology India's paid-up equity, at Rs 6,498 per share, a transaction valued at Rs 44 crore. This stake was acquired by Bluepearl Map I LP (65,241 shares for Rs 42.4 crore) and Kadensa Master Fund (2,461 shares for Rs 1.6 crore). Despite this sale by a significant investor, Kaynes Technology India, an electronics manufacturer, saw its shares rally 4.13% to Rs 6,482.
In parallel, AAA Technologies remained in focus as promoter Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal continued to be a net seller. Nautilus Private Capital acquired an additional 3.7 lakh shares, equivalent to a 2.88 percent stake, at Rs 89.7 per share, totaling Rs 3.3 crore, from Agarwal. Agarwal has offloaded a substantial 7.79 percent stake in AAA Technologies during the current quarter, and promoters collectively sold 19.92 percent since the start of October. This aggressive selling by promoters has put pressure on the stock, which declined 1.5 percent to Rs 90.63.
Impact These bulk deals provide insights into investor sentiment and significant stake changes. While Goldman Sachs' exit from Kaynes might raise questions, strong buying interest from other funds indicates potential confidence. The continued selling by AAA Technologies' promoters suggests possible pressure on the stock price in the short term.
Impact Rating: 6/10
