Yoga Clean Air Raises Rs 20 Crore Funding From Info Edge Ventures

Gurugram-based YOGAN Solutions, the operator of Yoga Clean Air, has secured Rs 20 crore in a Series A funding round led by Info Edge Ventures. The capital will fuel expansion into public transport and new cities. As a private entity, the firm's transition from office installations to large-scale infrastructure projects will be a key factor to monitor.

Yoga Clean Air, operating as YOGAN Solutions Pvt Ltd, has successfully closed a Rs 20 crore funding round to accelerate its growth plans. The investment was led by Info Edge Ventures, with participation from Deepinder Goyal and Three Words Capital. This marks a significant milestone for the Gurugram-based startup, which specializes in indoor air quality management using positive air pressure technology.

Financial Context and Performance

The company enters this new phase of expansion with a stable financial base. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the business reported a revenue of approximately Rs 13 crore and a net profit of around Rs 67 lakh. This performance indicates that the startup has maintained profitability while scaling its initial operations. For investors and industry observers, this track record of positive earnings provides a baseline for evaluating how effectively the company can deploy the new capital to scale its business without eroding margins.

Strategic Shift and Operational Risks

Yoga Clean Air has built its reputation through high-profile installations at major government facilities, including the Prime Minister’s Office, the Parliament House, and the Delhi High Court. The company now plans to leverage its new funding to move beyond these specialized, stationary settings. Its strategic roadmap includes integrating its 'Clean Air Bubble' technology into public transport systems and large-scale commercial real estate developments in Tier-I and Tier-II cities.

While this expansion offers a path to higher revenue, it also brings specific operational challenges. Implementing air quality solutions in moving vehicles requires technical specifications that differ from those used in office buildings. Furthermore, moving into large-scale public transport projects often involves working with government or large institutional procurement cycles. These processes can be long and complex, which may impact the speed of deployment and overall resource management. The company’s ability to navigate these B2B and B2G (business-to-government) sales cycles, while maintaining the service quality required for such large projects, will be the primary monitorable for the business in the coming quarters.
