Vitonnix Raises Seed Funding Led by IPV for Global Expansion

Preventive healthcare startup Vitonnix has raised its first institutional seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures to boost its operations. The company intends to use the capital to hire leadership and expand its presence in India, the UK, the UAE, and the US. Early support from the Tata Group and a planned 2026 UK retail launch are key developments to watch as the company scales its sublingual spray product range.

Preventive healthcare company Vitonnix has secured its first institutional funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures. This capital infusion is intended to help the startup scale its senior leadership team and accelerate its market entry strategy. The company operates in the nutraceutical space, focusing on sublingual nutritional sprays, a method that uses the mouth lining for nutrient absorption. The startup has also drawn participation from Bollywood figures and producers, including Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani, and Madhu Mantena.

The company was founded by a trio of medical professionals—Dr. Prashant Jindal, Dr. Deepti Jindal, and Dr. Rajesh Handa. Its product development is supported by over a decade of research and clinical studies. While the brand conducts its research and manufacturing in India, its specialized spray systems are engineered in Germany. A notable aspect of the company’s early journey is its collaboration with the Tata Group, which helped facilitate a co-branded product launch within the conglomerate's network, providing a level of early-stage credibility.

Vitonnix is now executing a multi-country expansion strategy covering India, the UAE, the UK, and the US. The company has filed patents for its proprietary bottle designs and formulas. Its current roadmap includes a portfolio of 10 products, with a significant retail launch scheduled for 2026 in the United Kingdom through the pharmacy chain Boots. Additionally, the firm has branched into the pet wellness market with its Vetonnix brand, targeting needs like joint health and skin vitality for companion animals.

For market observers and those tracking the healthcare startup ecosystem, the company's progress will depend on several execution factors. Scaling across four distinct international markets involves significant regulatory and operational complexity, particularly in the healthcare and supplement sectors. The preventive healthcare market is also highly competitive, requiring consistent product differentiation to maintain growth. The company’s ability to manage its international supply chain while scaling its domestic operations will be a critical monitorable. Industry analysts will likely watch the 2026 UK launch and the company's ability to maintain its growth trajectory in both human and pet wellness segments as key indicators of its long-term viability.
