Indian startups saw a 32% decline in private funding, raising $162.9 million in the week of November 10-14. Despite this, the week was marked by significant IPO activity, with companies like Groww, Lenskart, and Pine Labs debuting on public markets and showing strong initial performance. Several other startups also filed for IPOs or were involved in mergers and acquisitions.

Indian startup funding faced a 32% drop this week, with 22 startups raising $162.9 million, down from $237.8 million. Fintech led funding with Finnable securing $56.5 million, while e-commerce saw the most deals. GVFL was the most active investor.
In contrast, the IPO market was active. Groww, Lenskart, and Pine Labs reportedly debuted on public markets, with strong initial performance. PhysicsWallah's IPO was oversubscribed, and Capillary Technologies saw demand. Several firms like InCred Holdings, Meritto, and SEDEMAC filed IPO papers.
M&A activities included Devzery's acquisition, potential stakes in Neysa by Blackstone/SoftBank, and CarTrade's talks with CarDekho. A merger involving Girnar Group and RenewBuy was approved.
