Mumbai-based Trackk has announced a $3.7 million seed funding round, led by Lightspeed and Info Edge Ventures. This funding will be used to strengthen the company's brokerage infrastructure, expand its product offerings, and speed up user acquisition.

Trackk, founded by Vedant Gupte, Siddharth Thakkar, and Aryan Jain, aims to make financial markets more intuitive and accessible for young Indians. The platform uses AI for stock discovery and offers simplified tools for execution, making it easier for first-time investors.

"With Trackk, we are building a platform that simplifies participation in financial markets for young Indians while making the overall investing journey far more intuitive and accessible," said co-founder and CEO Vedant Gupte.

The platform has seen significant adoption, with about 90% of its users belonging to the Gen Z demographic (ages 20-24). Trackk plans to grow into a full multi-asset financial platform for India's youth. In October 2025, it became one of India's youngest registered brokers.
