Bergner India Nearing $26 Million Funding Round
Bergner India, a prominent kitchen cookware brand, is reportedly in advanced discussions to raise Rs 200-250 crore (about $21-26 million) in its latest funding round. A91 Partners is expected to lead the investment.
The company, known for its association with MasterChef India, is seeing strong investor interest. This comes as Indian households increasingly favor stainless steel cookware, driven by a growing focus on health.
Bergner India has demonstrated robust financial growth. Its revenues rose 27% to Rs 255 crore in fiscal year 2025, up from Rs 200 crore in FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) also surged to Rs 4 crore from Rs 1.5 crore.
The planned capital infusion is intended to boost Bergner's online reach and expand its physical retail presence. Neither A91 Partners nor Bergner India has officially commented on the funding talks.
