Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects Limited, a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. The partnership will commence with the execution of the Mahindra Vista Project located in Kandivali, Mumbai.
In addition to this partnership, Mahindra Lifespace recently announced the acquisition of a substantial 13.46-acre land parcel in Nande-Mahalunge, Pune. This land is situated approximately 20 kilometers from the city center and offers a development potential estimated at ₹3,500 crore. Its strategic location provides easy access to the Hinjewadi IT Hub and is surrounded by key educational institutions.
