M3M India has officially launched its premium high-street retail project, M3M Route65, situated in Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram. The project represents a significant investment of Rs 800 crore and spans 5.64 lakh sq. ft. of commercial space across four acres. Designed with a modern aesthetic, it features sleek glass facades, wide boulevards, a central atrium, a dedicated floor for food and beverages, three levels of retail space, a hypermarket on the lower ground floor, and two levels of parking.

Strategically located, M3M Route65 offers excellent connectivity to major roads like Golf Course Road Extension and NH-48, and is near metro stations. It is also conveniently located 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Brand handover is expected to commence by the end of October, with the project slated to be fully operational by March 2026. A key highlight is the achievement of 100% occupancy, with rental rates commanding a 35% premium over prevailing market rates. Several prominent Food and Beverage (F&B) and anchor brands are set to operate within the development.
