M3M India, a prominent luxury real estate developer, has announced the launch of its new project, 'Jacob & Co Residences,' in Noida. This ambitious venture is a collaboration with the globally renowned luxury brand Jacob & Co. The project represents a significant investment of Rs 2100 crore and is situated on six acres in Noida's central business district. It is anticipated to generate a topline revenue of Rs 3,500 crore.

The residences will offer 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK configurations, with prices ranging from Rs 14 crore to Rs 25 crore. The development is planned in two phases: Phase 1 will deliver 150 residences, and Phase II will offer approximately 100 ultra-luxury serviced residences.
