New Delhi Co-working Hub Launched

WeWork India officially opened its newest co-working facility in Aerocity, New Delhi. The large centre covers 1.1 lakh square feet and offers over 1,400 desks, designed to meet the growing need for flexible office solutions in the capital.

Strategic Expansion Continues

This new centre is WeWork India's 17th operational hub in the Delhi-NCR region. Since starting in 2017, the company has built a significant presence, now running 73 centres across eight major Indian cities, with a total of 8.2 million square feet as of December 2025.

Market Dynamics Fuel Growth

Strong market indicators support this expansion. Data from real estate consultant Colliers India shows a substantial increase in office space leased by co-working operators. Between January and March this year, operators leased 3.9 million square feet, a 77% jump from the 2.2 million square feet leased during the same period last year. This trend points to businesses increasingly favouring flexible workspace arrangements.
