Suraksha Group has reached new construction milestones at Jaypee Wish Town, completing structural audits for seven towers and securing Occupancy Certificates for over 4,200 units. The developer plans a total investment of ₹5,500 crore to complete 20,000 homes by 2027.
Suraksha Group continues its efforts to finish the long-delayed Jaypee Infratech projects. The company recently announced the completion of structural audits for seven towers comprising 583 units at the Wish Town project in Noida. As part of the safety and compliance process, Fire No Objection Certificates (NOCs) have already been obtained for two of these towers, while approvals for the others are currently being processed.
Beyond these seven towers, the group is working on audits for an additional nine towers, which account for another 888 units. This ongoing process is a critical step before the company can apply for final occupancy clearances from local authorities. Construction activities are currently active across nearly 6,000 units within the township to maintain project momentum.
Infrastructure and Delivery Targets
To date, Suraksha Group has completed construction on 84 towers, totaling 7,913 residential units. Official Occupancy Certificates (OCs) have been granted for 42 of these towers, representing 4,213 units. Furthermore, applications for 26 additional towers, covering 2,229 units, are pending with the relevant authorities. These milestones are essential for residents waiting for the handover of their properties.
Infrastructure improvements are also being integrated into the township to improve living standards. This includes extending the supply of Ganga water to multiple sectors within Wish Town, such as 128, 129, 131, 133, and 134. Additionally, the group is upgrading power infrastructure, specifically increasing the electrical load capacity of GSS-I from 19.8 MVA to 35 MVA. Eleven cluster clubs are scheduled to be operational by the end of the current fiscal year to support the needs of over 16,000 families.
Future Outlook and Commitments
Suraksha Group has committed a total capital expenditure of approximately ₹5,500 crore to complete roughly 20,000 homes previously stalled under the Jaypee group in Noida and Greater Noida. The company aims to finalize these deliveries by 2027. Along the Yamuna Expressway, the group is also focusing on safety and sustainability initiatives, including the geo-tagging of 1.5 lakh trees and the installation of AI-based cameras for better traffic and fog detection.
For homeowners and stakeholders, the key monitorables will be the speed at which the remaining Occupancy Certificate applications are approved and the consistent pace of construction on the thousands of units still under development. Investors and residents will track whether the group maintains its planned timeline for the remaining deliveries leading up to 2027.
