Gurgaon-based Central Park is investing Rs 2,000 crore to develop 'Delphine', a luxury residential project on Dwarka Expressway. Spanning 7.85 acres, the project targets Rs 3,500 crore in sales realization and will be built in three phases, with construction starting in 2026 and completion by 2032. Funding will come from internal accruals and capital finance.
