This significant repayment highlights strong project performance and the developer's financial capability. HDFC Capital, a key real estate financier, noted substantial appreciation in its portfolio projects with ATS HomeKraft, indicating robust demand for quality mid-income homes. The developer also recently prepaid another Rs 190 crore to SWAMIH Investment Fund I.
