RDB Infrastructure and Power shares dropped 2.8% on the BSE after its Managing Director and CFO received summons from the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The probe relates to the acquisition of a land parcel in Gurgaon, with ED officials conducting searches and seizing documents and devices. Previous summons were also issued to a promoter and the MD regarding the same land deal.
