Nirala World has announced a significant ₹525 crore investment to develop 'Nirala Diadem,' a premium mall in Greater Noida West. The company has allocated ₹175 crore for land and will use another ₹350 crore for construction. The new mall's location offers convenient access to major routes like the Yamuna Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and NH-24, all within a 15-20 minute drive. A proposed metro station in Greater Noida West is also just a 5-minute walk away, further enhancing its accessibility.
Mall Features and Sustainability
Nirala Diadem is planned as a versatile destination, including a multiplex cinema, high-end retail spaces, and studio apartments. The development is committed to sustainability, seeking green building certification through energy-efficient systems, eco-friendly materials, and smart infrastructure. The mall is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2030.
Developer's Expansion Strategy
Suresh Garg, CMD of Nirala World, stated the company is expanding its commercial real estate presence in Greater Noida West. This follows their recent launch of the Nirala Gateway high-street retail project. Garg added, "After delivering Nirala Estate, a 4,050-unit residential project ahead of schedule, we now plan two more commercial projects here to deliver exceptional experiences for mall and high-street customers in Greater Noida West."
Existing Portfolio
Nirala World's current residential developments include the 25-acre Nirala Estate, which features 4,050 units and a large clubhouse. The under-construction Nirala Trio will add 378 units by year-end. Their commercial portfolio also includes Nirala Gateway, a 2.5-acre project with retail, office, and studio spaces.
