Strong Recent Sales Boost Expansion
The developer recently reported strong sales performance, achieving ₹1,251 crore in sales from 285 plots. These plots sold for between ₹2.88 crore and ₹9.94 crore, showing strong demand for premium plotted developments. The new Faridabad project is expected to be completed by March 2031 and will be managed under a development management contract with a local partner.

Faridabad has become a key market in the National Capital Region (NCR), driven by the operational Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor. The area is seeing growing demand for high-end plots, thanks to good local amenities and infrastructure.
