The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has admitted Katra Realtors into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) following an application by IL&FS Financial Services Ltd. Katra Realtors, a corporate guarantor for the listed Ansal Properties and Infrastructure (Ansal API), now faces insolvency proceedings. The tribunal affirmed that legal action can proceed against both the principal borrower and the guarantor simultaneously.
