The buyer is AU Real Estate, an NCR-based developer. These funds are crucial for NBCC to repay bank loans and reduce funding requirements for its ongoing projects. This bulk sale marks another significant step in NBCC's efforts to generate capital from Amrapali properties, having already raised over Rs 10,000 crore through similar transactions.
