State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd, a company involved in project management consultancy and real estate, has entered into a broad framework Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon Elysee Real Estate Development LLC, a prominent real estate player based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This agreement marks a significant step for NBCC in reinforcing its position within the Middle East construction landscape.
Under the terms of the MoU, NBCC and Pantheon Elysee will collaborate on the execution of high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects across the United Arab Emirates. The combined value of these intended projects is Dh 3 billion, which is approximately USD 817 million.
The collaboration is set to leverage NBCC's extensive six decades of engineering excellence and project management expertise alongside Pantheon's robust local development portfolio and market understanding in the UAE.
