Suraj Estate Developers Ltd has announced the launch of its significant commercial venture, 'One Business Bay,' located in Mahim, South Central Mumbai. This project is valued at an estimated ₹1,200 crore (Gross Development Value) and covers a carpet area of 2.09 lakh square feet. The development promises excellent connectivity to major business districts like Dadar, Prabhadevi, Lower Parel, and Bandra Kurla Complex, facilitated by nearby railway lines, a metro line, and major roads. 'One Business Bay' will offer 182 premium office units, high-end retail and dining spaces, and a unique social breakout zone. The project emphasizes sustainability with features like energy-efficient facades and advanced air filtration. Rahul Thomas, Whole-Time Director, stated this marks a key step in expanding their commercial portfolio and that the company has already initiated projects worth nearly ₹1,600 crore in FY26.
