Detailed Coverage:

M3M India, a prominent real estate developer, has announced the launch of Gurgaon International City (GIC), a significant integrated city development in the Delhi-NCR region. Spanning an initial 150 acres, with plans to expand, this project marks M3M India's entry into the integrated township segment. The company plans to invest approximately ₹7,200 crore, expecting to achieve a topline revenue of around ₹12,000 crore.

Strategically situated on the Dwarka Expressway Link Road, GIC is designed as a mixed-use urban ecosystem based on the 'Live–Work–Unwind' model. It will incorporate data centres, innovation parks, EV hubs, retail spaces, and premium residential areas to create a self-sustaining environment. M3M India aims to attract global tech giants like Google, Apple, and Microsoft, emphasizing technology, sustainability, and human-centric design.

The first phase, covering 50 acres and RERA approved, will feature 300 plots to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship. GIC is planned as a low-emission, clean industry hub for technology-driven businesses and advanced manufacturing. It promotes green mobility with dedicated cycling tracks and pedestrian corridors, alongside a 'Forest Living' concept with extensive green spaces for ecological balance and well-being.

The project offers excellent connectivity to NH-48, Delhi International Airport, and established business districts, positioning it as an extension of NCR's innovation corridor.

Impact This development signifies a major push towards integrated, sustainable urban development in North India, potentially boosting the real estate sector, creating jobs, and attracting investment in technology and manufacturing. Its focus on green infrastructure and innovation sets a new benchmark for future projects. Rating: 7/10
