ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I has launched a Rs 500 crore equity platform with Amavi by Clarks, a new venture backed by Clarks Group and Brij Hotels promoters. The fund will invest in branded luxury second homes in scenic and spiritual destinations, targeting Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. Initial projects are planned for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, and the National Capital Region.
