Key Bengaluru Workspace Deal Signed

IndiQube Spaces Limited announced a significant Rs 75 crore workspace leasing agreement with a leading healthcare technology Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru. The deal involves over 48,000 sq. ft. of premium Grade A office space situated along the highly sought-after Outer Ring Road corridor.

This deal highlights a growing trend: GCCs, especially in healthcare tech, are expanding their operations in India. IndiQube Cofounder Rishi Das stated that demand from these organizations is accelerating, with a strong need for flexible and reliable workspace partners. He noted India's rise as a hub for global innovation.

Meghna Agarwal, also Cofounder at IndiQube, highlighted that GCCs now constitute nearly 40% of the company's portfolio. She pointed to a clear preference among these entities for strategically located, high-quality workspaces in areas like Bengaluru's ORR. IndiQube's 'follow the talent' approach has enabled it to cater to GCCs across various growth stages.

IndiQube's Strong Financial Performance

These developments coincide with strong financial results for IndiQube. For Q3 FY26, the company reported Rs 395 crore in revenue, marking a significant 45% year-on-year increase. Total income for the quarter was Rs 403 crore. Looking at the first nine months of FY26, revenue reached Rs 1,063 crore, with a net profit of Rs 95 crore for the period. The December quarter specifically reported a profit after tax of Rs 40 crore.
