Noida-based Great Value Realty has launched "Ekanam," a ₹600 crore ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 107, Noida. The development features 280 apartments across three 46-storey towers, with residences ranging from 3,525 to 5,525 sq ft, priced from ₹7 crore. Designed by Benoy, the project includes unique features like a 40th-floor infinity pool and green terraces. The company stated it is fully funded through internal accruals and aims for a FY2030 handover.
