Godrej Properties has acquired a 75-acre land parcel in Nagpur, exceeding its FY26 business development guidance of Rs 20,000 crore. The project is projected to generate Rs 755 crore in revenue from 1.7 million sq ft of saleable area, primarily plotted residential units.
