Brigade Enterprises has launched Brigade Lumina, a 4.11-acre residential project in northwest Bengaluru, with an expected revenue of over ₹700 crore. The development is located on Tumkur Main Road and is designed as a net-zero carbon project.
The project features two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from approximately 1,100 to 1,800 square feet. Brigade Lumina emphasizes spaciousness, natural light, and large decks. It is engineered to be a net-zero carbon development, incorporating renewable energy, advanced water conservation, and waste management systems.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director, stated the project aligns with the company's commitment to future-ready infrastructure and addresses a clear need for premium housing in the northwest Bengaluru area. She highlighted the vital role of metro connectivity in boosting property demand.
Brigade Lumina is located a short walk from the Manjunathanagara Metro Station on the Green Line, offering residents easy access to major office hubs, schools, and hospitals. The development also includes a 15,000 sq ft clubhouse, sports courts, a swimming pool, and community areas.
The launch responds to rising demand for high-quality, sustainable homes in Bengaluru. Brigade identified an undersupply of premium homes in the northwest corridor. Shankar noted that improved infrastructure, particularly the Green Line metro, makes the area attractive for buyers seeking connectivity and value. The net-zero design appeals to environmentally conscious consumers.
Shares of Brigade Enterprises Ltd closed Wednesday at ₹663.10, marking a 2.58% increase.
